Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

1.1. The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these terms and conditions.
1.2. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore Law.

1.3. All pictures displayed are a representation of the item and may vary for the image displayed.

PRICING & ORDERING

2.1. The price payable for the goods is set out on the web site at the time the Customer places their order.
2.2. All prices exclude Goods & Services Tax (7%). BS eSTORE reserves the rights to change prices without prior notice at any time.
2.3. BS eSTORE reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person and may decline to accept any order.
2.4. We will send a confirmation to customer to inform of order received but it does not indicate that a contract exists between the Customer and BS eSTORE.  Until we indicate acceptance of the Customer's order, and hence a contract between the Customer and BS eSTORE when we sends the invoice to Customer. BS eSTORE has included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing, where BS eSTORE has inadvertently under-priced or over-priced goods, or BS eSTORE are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
2.5. In the case of a change of price, BS eSTORE will always contact the Customer first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
2.6. If the product is no longer available BS eSTORE will seek to offer the Customer a suitable alternative.
2.7. BS eSTORE only accepts Cash on Delivery, Cheque on Delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Debit Cards, Paypal and credit accounts payments (subject to status) as valid methods of payment.
2.8. For Credit/Debit cards, Paypal payments, items must be paid upon checkout. In the event that items have to be backordered or are not available the Customer will be given the option to cancel the order. If the Customer cancels the order they will not be charged. Money will be refunded within 7 working days.
2.9. For Cheque On Delivery, only company-issued cheques are accepted. BS eSTORE accepts cheque payment for invoice value above $2,000.00, acceptance of cheque payment will be at BS eSTORE discretion. Upon receipt of goods, Full Name and NRIC# of customer’s receiving personnel must be clearly written on the back of the cheque.
2.10. A minimum single purchase of $100 is required for all orders for delivery. This minimum amount purchase condition is not applicable to Customers who select the Self-Collection mode.

CREDIT APPLICATION (For Industrial & Commerical customers only)

3.1 Account is non-transferable.
3.2 The Credit Facility may be withdrawn at the discretion of Bok Sing Hardware Paints Pte Ltd without prior notice, at any time.
3.3 Change of Address and Authorizing Officers must be notified within 3 days in writing.
3.4 The Company and Authorizing Officers assume joint liability for all charges.
3.5 Any discrepancies on the bills should be referred back to us within 7 days upon receipt of the invoices failing which we will assume that everything is in order.
3.6 The Credit Term should be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so would imply that the Company agrees to pay costs of legal fees and other litigation expenses should it become necessary to refer to solicitor to enforce payment.
3.7 No further credit will be granted in excess of Credit Limit, or in case the Accounts are overdue.
3.8 This Credit Facility shall automatically lapse if no transaction within 12 months from the date hereof unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

DELIVERY & TITLE

4.1. For the purposes of this section "a Working Day" is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in Singapore. Delivery is restricted to Singapore.
4.2. Where stock is available BS eSTORE will deliver the Customers order in accordance with the delivery schedule set out in 4.3 to 4.6 below. Refer to 5 Back Orders, where stock is not available.
4.3. Delivery / Handling Charges: A delivery handling charge of $30 (excluding GST) will be charged on all orders with a total value less than $100, a delivery handling charge of $20 (excluding GST) will be charged on all orders with a total value less than $200 (excluding GST). No handling charge will be charged on any orders with a total value more than $200 (excluding GST).
4.4. All delivery dates are estimates only and BS eSTORE will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
4.5. Any the Point of delivery where customer is not available as per the quoted delivery date, BS eSTORE will store the goods for customer till customer call for next delivery.  Delivery charges will be charges accordingly.
4.6. Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the goods including all relevant taxes and delivery costs. BS eSTORE reserves the right to repossess goods in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.

BACK/ INDENT ORDERS

5.1. If the goods the Customer is order are not in stock, BS eSTORE will back order the goods for the Customer and quote them an estimated delivery date or offer a suitable alternative if the item is no longer available. The Customer will always be emailed with the option to cancel their order if they do not accept the new delivery date or the alternative item offered is not acceptable.

TAX CHARGES

6.1. All orders are subject to 7% GST.

GUARANTEE

7.1. BS eSTORE guarantees the Customer's satisfaction with all BS eSTORE 30 day money back guarantee on return of goods in an unspoilt, saleable condition.
7.2. The Customer can notify BS eSTORE by telephone, fax or email sales@bokseng.com
7.3. The Customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to BS eSTORE.  
7.4. On receipt of the returned goods by BS eSTORE, the Customer will receive a credit, exchange or refund of the total value of goods returned subject to the goods condition of unspoilt and saleable condition.

LIABILITY & RETURN POLICY

8.1. Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to BS eSTORE, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery BS eSTORE will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.
8.2. BS eSTORE will inspect the goods returned and if the defect is identified, the Customer will be given the option of replacement at no additional cost or a full refund of the price of the goods. BS eSTORE will have no further liability to the Customer.
8.3. BS eSTORE will inspect the goods returned and if no defect is identified, goods will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's cost.
8.4. BS eSTORE, under no circumstances, will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. BS e-Store liability will be restricted to the value of goods returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or BS eSTORE liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from BS eSTORE negligence.

PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. BS eSTORE does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

FORCE MAJEURE

10.1.BS eSTORE shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the goods supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond BS eSTORE's reasonable control.
